The Utah Office of the Attorney General, White Collar & Commercial Enforcement Division, has an immediate opening for a criminal prosecutor in the Mortgage & Financial Fraud Unit. This Unit prosecutes securities fraud, mortgage fraud, and other types of white collar financial crimes. A minimum of three years experience in felony cases is preferred and must practice law as an active member of the Utah State Bar in good standing. Salary is commensurate with experience in conjunction with the Attorney General’s Office career service matrix.
