P.M. Sous Chef
$2500 Sign-On Bonus
2 years management experience in upscale fine dining production kitchen required. Oversee daily operations of all kitchen areas, manage kitchen staff, and carry out the directives of the Executive Chef. Strong management, communication, and organizational skills; must be able to set and maintain quality standards; and maintain composure under pressure.
Manager on Duty – Chateaux Deer Valley
Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in Front Office operations. Daily supervision and guidance to the evening guest services employees. Manage in accordance with operating standards to maintain a professional image and superior customer service. Responsible for the overall Hotel operations.
Minimum 2 years spa experience. Ensures efficient operation of the facility in accordance with local, state and federal health and cleanliness standards. Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff. Responsible, dependable and team player. Self motivated and strong organizational skills. Spa Soft knowledge preferred.
